Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Visits Negotiator to join our team in overseeing the managed property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in the lettings industry, have the confidence to arrange appointments, carry out visits and follow up on maintenance works., Arranging appointments with tenants
- Visits to properties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Arranging maintenance
Previous experience in dealing with the public
- Ability to drive is essential for this role
- Experience in IT, mainly outlook and word
- Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants
- Experience working in the lettings industry is a benefit but full training can be provided
