Viewing Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative viewing Agent to join our team. As an Agent, you will be responsible for attending property viewings, property valuations, taking measurements and completing floor plans as and when needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Attend property viewings
- Help sales negotiator schedule appointments if needed
- Assist with data entry and document preparation
- Communicate with clients, customers, and colleagues in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks
- Produce accurate floor plans

- Keep up to date records of viewings

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
