Full Job Description

As a Vehicle Restraint Systems Sub Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and management of vehicle restraint systems on highways and roads.

  • Planning and coordinating the installation of vehicle restraint systems in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.

  • Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the most effective placement of barriers and restraints.

  • Managing a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

  • Inspecting existing restraint systems for damage or wear and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.

  • Collaborating with engineers and project managers to develop innovative solutions for challenging installation scenarios.

  • Maintaining accurate records of installation activities, including materials used, labor hours, and project progress.

  • Conducting regular safety inspections and implementing measures to mitigate potential hazards.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or highways industry.

  • A degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH) is advantageous.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
