Full Job Description

  • Develop user-friendly designs tailored to the needs of various clients and industries, grounded in user research and feedback.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visualize design concepts effectively.

  • Craft detailed UX requirements and ensure accurate handover to development teams by considering journeys, feature variances, interactions, and behaviors.

  • Utilize data and user research insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.

  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

  • Adhere to accessibility guidelines and design principles to create inclusive digital experiences.

  • Stay updated on the latest UI design trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the wider UX team., Submit your application along with your portfolio for review.

  • Selected candidates will have a brief 15-minute phone discussion with our Experience Design Lead.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person meeting with the team, where they will present their portfolio, discuss projects, and get a feel for the office environment.

  • Proven work experience as a UX Designer, particularly in B2B environments.

  • Strong UI skills demonstrated through proficiency in prototyping tools, preferably Adobe XD, showcased in the portfolio.

  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.

  • Effective time-management abilities to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

  • Familiarity with current usability best practices and a solid grasp of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and adapting to diverse project requirements.

  • Demonstrates a curious mindset and a continuous eagerness to learn and enhance the quality of work.
