Full Job Description
- Develop user-friendly designs tailored to the needs of various clients and industries, grounded in user research and feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visualize design concepts effectively.
- Craft detailed UX requirements and ensure accurate handover to development teams by considering journeys, feature variances, interactions, and behaviors.
- Utilize data and user research insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Adhere to accessibility guidelines and design principles to create inclusive digital experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest UI design trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with the wider UX team., Submit your application along with your portfolio for review.
- Selected candidates will have a brief 15-minute phone discussion with our Experience Design Lead.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person meeting with the team, where they will present their portfolio, discuss projects, and get a feel for the office environment.
- Proven work experience as a UX Designer, particularly in B2B environments.
- Strong UI skills demonstrated through proficiency in prototyping tools, preferably Adobe XD, showcased in the portfolio.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Effective time-management abilities to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Familiarity with current usability best practices and a solid grasp of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and adapting to diverse project requirements.
- Demonstrates a curious mindset and a continuous eagerness to learn and enhance the quality of work.
