Utilities Manager

Manager to play a pivotal role in managing our utilities spend and suppliers at Haven. With our strong focus on business growth, sustainability, and cost
efficiency, this role presents a unique chance to make a significant impact.

You will report on Haven's utilities spend, manage suppliers and identify areas for improvement.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:

• Leading monitoring, reporting, and efficiency


optimisation.

• Quantifying carbon consumption for informed decisions


• Tailoring reports for stakeholders and create consumption league tables


• Managing budgets, procurement, and compliance seamlessly


• Excelling in SLA management and issue resolution.


• Fuelling growth by meeting obligations and supporting procurement strategies
  
  Power BI/Tableau proficiency


• Strong numerical and analytical abilities


• A track record in influencing and negotiation


• Multi-site business experience
