Full Job Description

  • Oversee the allocation and distribution of all staff uniform

  • Ensuring uniform is available for new starters on their first day

  • Liaise with HR and Heads of Department to ensure the correct sizes and type of uniform are available before uniform is distributed

  • Monitor uniform stock level and condition

  • Work with the Finance team to ensure uniform budget is not exceeded

  • Collect uniform returned from staff leavers

  • Communicate with suppliers

  • Order new uniform

  • Ensuring that all uniforms are logged before sending them to dry cleaning, drop off and collect

  • Where possible, minor tailoring jobs: repairing holes, zips and buttons

    Hands on approach to work, always being productive and looking for efficiences

  • Detail-orientated and drives standards

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Proactive

  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude

  • Good communications skills

  • Ideally some sewing and tailoring skills

  • Ideally own transport

  • 11.50 per hour

    16 hours

    This role is based onsite at Grantley Hall, and working days and hours can be flexible.

    Tronc typically over £200 per month (£2,400 per year) for a full time employee
