Full Job Description
- Oversee the allocation and distribution of all staff uniform
- Ensuring uniform is available for new starters on their first day
- Liaise with HR and Heads of Department to ensure the correct sizes and type of uniform are available before uniform is distributed
- Monitor uniform stock level and condition
- Work with the Finance team to ensure uniform budget is not exceeded
- Collect uniform returned from staff leavers
- Communicate with suppliers
- Order new uniform
- Ensuring that all uniforms are logged before sending them to dry cleaning, drop off and collect
- Where possible, minor tailoring jobs: repairing holes, zips and buttons
Hands on approach to work, always being productive and looking for efficiences - Detail-orientated and drives standards
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Good communications skills
- Ideally some sewing and tailoring skills
- Ideally own transport
Part Time - A monthly service charge - typically £2,400 annually
- 31 days holiday increasing to 33 days with length of service
