Are you someone with a strong underwriting background in Political Violence and Terrorism and looking for your next exciting opportunity? Does the sound of supporting the implementation of a new line of service interest you? Then this is the role for you!
A bit about the job:
Political Violence and Terror is an exciting new line of business, as Senior Underwriter you will be supporting the Head of Underwriting Political Violence and Terror to develop and implement the Political Violence and Terror underwriting strategy. You will be fostering strong relationships with brokers and clients and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Extensive experience in PVT underwriting within both the company and Lloyd's market (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of PVT insurance products, market dynamics, and underwriting best practices.

  • Proven track record of achieving profitable underwriting results and effectively managing complex risks.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in using underwriting software and other relevant tools.
