Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.The Customer Services Intern is an exciting role for the opportunity to help shape change within our After Sales Department.We are the first point of call for many customers into the business and strive to deliver a great Customer Experience as the market leaders in the heating and hot water industry.You will be primarily responsible for:The internal Knowledge BaseSupporting the Training TeamAble to be a great communicator between advisors and managementFulfilling the role of Customer Service Advisor as and when requiredThe ability to help shape change and ensure that the department is evolving at a fast pace to keep up with external and internal demandsWork independently but also as a valued team member
