Full Job Description

  • Working with the existing mentors and peer reviewers to maintain a high standard of consistent product

  • Development of staff handling £50-250K claims

  • Contribute to training and development programmes

  • Drive continuous improvement in technical delivery and enhanced Customer/claim outcomes

  • Contribute to technical guidance documents on key topics/areas.

    Proven experience of handling MCL claims to a high standard

  • ACILA qualified


    • General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of Commercial & Domestic Losses

  • Likely to have a market/client reputation

  • Regular contribution to technical papers/presentations to internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience of staff mentoring/development, Ability to work on own initiative

  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems

  • Able to co-ordinate a variety of actions concurrently

  • Ability to communicate and motivate at a variety of experience levels

  • Quality focused.

  • Team focused - working with colleagues throughout the business

  • Competent use of technology - Excel, PowerPoint, Word ,Teams etc
