UI Artist

We are looking for a UI Artist to join us at Playdemic in the designing and development of new features to deliver fun and entertainment to millions. Reporting to the Game Design Director, you will be a passionate and creative person, bringing an understanding of graphic design and user experience., Feature Planning:

• You will collaborate with UI / UX / Design teams to create incredible user experiences.


• You will help maintain existing User Interface elements.


• Create high quality assets and mockups for use in design documentation.


• Implement UI elements within the game engine.


• Communicate ideas with other stakeholders using a variety of tools such as Figma/Adobe XD and Confluence.
  
  Experience in User Experience design, Wireframing, Mockups, User Interface design and implementation.


• A keen eye for graphic design, pixel precision, and consistency.


• An ability to recognise and propose improvements to user flows.


• Strong creative skills using industry standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD and Figma.


• Strong communication and teamwork is essential, with an ability to communicate and work effectively within a team environment.


Bonus Skills

• Prior experience working in a Mobile Game Development Studio.


• Experience designing interfaces for mobile products, across a wide range of aspect ratios.


• Motion Graphics, Illustration, and 3D experience.


• Experience with 2D animation tools such as Spine or similar animation software.


• Educated to degree level in a Graphic or Game Design related subject, or equivalent experience.
