Full Job Description
As an EV Support Customer Advisor at our Oldbury office, you'll join the Assist Centre team, mastering our products to aid customers in need. You'll handle calls efficiently, ensuring each customer feels important. Challenges may arise with unhappy customers, but our strong team spirit supports you through any difficulties.
