TSO - Hair and Beauty (Reception Focused)

Your main focus will be to provide front of house / reception duties on a busy hairdressing & beauty reception with a large clientele, in addition to this you will give technical support and will contribute to the classroom experience of our talented and enthusiastic learners, within a hardworking team contributing to the high standards. As a highly engaged and motivated Technical Support Officer, you will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of our learners. What you'll need: - We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individuals, with a relevant level 2 qualification or equivalent coupled with a thorough knowledge of the relevant curriculum area. The ability to own and drive forward our reception provision whilst supporting other TSO's and contributing to the effective learning. You will provide physical, technical and administrative support and should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. English and Maths at a Level 2 or equivalent. If you have salon receptionist experience would be advantageous., You will be experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
