    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing truck sales around the Carlisle and Southern Scotland areas. Full training on the product range will be provided, training will be provided by both Mercedes-Benz Truck division and by our colleagues here at Ciceley Commercials. To fully understand the benefits of the Mercedes-Benz truck product range, you will need to be able to drive them and so you will be required to complete a HGV driver training programme to achieve your HGV/LGV licence.

  • Open the door to new customers who may never before have considered a Mercedes-Benz

  • Identify truck and Ciceley opportunities within the local area

  • Explain and demonstrate the key benefits of Mercedes-Benz and Ciceley, including service and parts

  • Maximise the potential of package selling by promoting the advantages of Mercedes-Benz R&M contracts, low whole life costs and product reliability

  • Demonstrate all aspects of the Mercedes-Benz product to the customer including body specifications using all the available marketing materials and demonstrators where possible

  • Gain a full customer profile from local to national customers identifying their exact requirements

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout entire customer journey through to repurchase

  • Record key activities within the CRM system to ensure prospect and customer contact is maintained.
