To directly oversee and effectively manage a team of Spa Therapists to ensure treatment standards are delivered in accordance of the protocol.To compile effective rotas, holiday planning, ensuring staffing levels adequately reflect the needs to the business.To effectively manage and oversee the spa reservations ensuring a high level of up sell and maximisation of appointment time.Ensure retail and treatment targets are achieved through motivating, developing, and setting
