Full Job Description

Our Transition Home will support the resettlement of our young people back into the community after spending time with us in a secure environment. The overall aim of our Transition Home is to lessen the likelihood of the young person re-offending, reduce vulnerability and improve overall life chances., The Transition Home Manager will ensure high quality care services are provided to our young people in accordance with the relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. They will co-ordinate and monitor the casework of a team of practitioners and ensure standards of performance are accomplished.

We are looking for a manager who can show committed to deliver the highest standards of care for our young people, you will be a forward looking, strategic thinker who had the skills to motivate others to drive success.

If successful, you will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.

TRAINING
We offer a comprehensive four-week induction and shadowing programme for all new members of the team as well as excellent ongoing training and development opportunities. Alongside this, we provide dedicated one-to-one time to reflect upon workplace practice and facilitate access to specialist support when needed.,
