Transaction Manager

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for their own small team within the sales department. They will be assisting with the monitoring, training and development of Sales Consultants and the transaction of new and used car business whilst maximising profit through key KPI's., You will work every other full weekend with the Saturday given back in lieu and every other FULL weekend is OFF!,

• Supports sales team and second faces all customers to maximise the sale of customer finance, insurance, MBI and related products


• Works with the sales team to develop incentives and development programmes to promote financial products and services


• Provides cover and support to the sales team as required in all aspects of the sales process


• Uses all digital means to communicate effectively with all customers - Live Video/C it Now/Live Chat


• Communicates promptly with the customer, sales managers, sales team and work colleagues


• Reviews customer satisfaction and implements improvements.


• Ensure that the sales team are fully aware of all F & I and related products, including any special incentives on offer


• Ensures that all financial processes linked to vehicle sale are operated in line with FCA Guidelines


• Maintains effective sales information by ensuring all relevant marketing information is maintained on the customer/prospect database and that all Point of Sales is relevant, current and legal


• Communicates and influences colleagues across all business areas
  
  Previous sales experience within the Motor industry is essential


• Experience of a customer focused environment


• Specialist knowledge of F&I and MBI and vehicle valuation


• Administration & IT skills

£26,219.51 per annum (OTE £56,219)

Hours:
Our weekday core working hours are 08.30 - 18.30 with the requirement to work a minimum of one early shift a week between the hours of 08.00 - 17.30. All shifts are worked on a rota basis., Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
