Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transaction/Business Manager to join our team at our busy retail centre in Orpington, Kent.

The ideal candidate will have Automotive Finance experience, outstanding organisation and communication skills, with the ability to coach and lead a team.

As part of our ever growing business you would be expected to carry out the following day-to-day tasks

  • Use you skillset and knowledge of sales to aid our members of the contact centre team in quoting and selling prestige used vehicles.

  • To maximise profitability through intelligent deal stacking.

  • To quote and propose finance deals for our clients in a fair and compliant manner at all times.

  • To train our contact centre staff on all finance products.

  • To ensure that all our sales staff are SAF and module compliant.

  • To ensure the transactions are activated by our panel of lenders once accepted, and to sign off all files that are finance related.

  • To deal with any finance related complaints in a timely and professional manner.


    • Hours & Days: Monday to Saturday 8.30-6pm, and flexibility for Sunday working on rota (1 allocated day off in week).
