Full Job Description

As a Training Coordinator, you will assist with the development and progression of our employees, co-ordinating internal and external training to ensure all our people are competent, safe and confident to fulfil their roles.,

  • Use Power BI Dashboard to identify training needs to ensure on going compliance.

  • Book External Training Courses including sourcing and setting up suppliers, acquiring quotes, meet and greet External Trainers.

  • Book Internal Training Courses.

  • Co-ordinate all training courses including booking and setting up training rooms, arranging PPE, sending joining instructions, managing cancellations and no-shows, attendance forms, distribute certificates.

  • Co-ordinate administration for Apprentices including booking hotels, arranging travel, safeguarding forms.

  • Book and co-ordinate Forklift training to ensure on going compliance.

  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders in Coupa.

  • Maintain Cornerstone LMS by setting up courses, uploading records and downloading reports.

  • Maintain physical and electronic training records.

  • Update and distribute PowerBI dashboard.

  • Gather and supply data for Audits.

  • Promote upcoming Training Opportunities.

  • Provide support to access learning and LMS.

  • Opportunity to deliver standard internal training courses including Induction.

  • Must be flexible to work unsociable hours occasionally due to the 24/7 nature of the business

    Excellent attention to detail

  • Computer literate with the ability to use multiple systems

  • Excellent communication and people management skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with a logical problem solving approach

  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative

  • Experience within a Learning and Development team.

  • Experience of working with Cornerstone.

  • Experience of working with Power BI and Excel.
