Full Job Description

Do you have a passion for cars and have an engineering / automotive background? If so, this is a great opportunity to join The Wheel Specialist, the UK's leading alloy wheel refurbishment company., Your jobs will include but are not limited to

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure efficient and effective operations

· Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and techniques

· Train and mentor team members on proper preparation techniques and procedures

· Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products

· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime

· Maintain inventory of technical equipment and supplies, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed

· Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment

· Carry out all aspects of the wheel refurbishment process including powder coating and diamond cutting

· Dealing with customers and traders to ensure the smooth running of the diary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to come and join our team as a trainee Technical Supervisor . We are truly passionate about our service and would expect you to be so too. Full training will be given in all aspects of the job to ensure that you meet our high standards using our techniques in order to reach our customer's expectations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Pay scale increases with ability and productivity, · To be a good communicator

· To be physically able to lift and carry upto 20kg on a regular basis

· To be able to follow instructions and manuals

· Hold a full UK driving licence

· Basic computer skills are beneficial

· Tyre bay experience is essential

· CNC lathe experience would be advantageous,

  • Tyre fitting: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
