Trainee Surveyor

The duties of a Trainee Surveyor would include a variety of surveying tasks within the mortgage and valuation industry including: Valuation Surveys, Surveying Buildings with Defects, and Monitoring Buildings with Defects. Therefore, travelling will be a large and integral part of this role and being in possession of a Full manual driving licence essential for any applicant.

Applicant must live within the ME postcode area ONLY

And hold a full clean Manual Driving licence for a minimum of 2 yrs

We would prefer applicants with building surveying qualifications and/or experience in the property and construction industry. However, we would consider competent applicants, without the necessary qualifications/experience, who have a basic understanding of the construction industry and can demonstrate the following skills :

- Time Management

- Interpersonal Skills

- Punctuality especially when it comes to adhering to planned daily schedules

- Highly Motivated

- Comfortable with working alone

The salary for this position would be £25,000 - £26,000 p.a., depending on experience and based on a working week of 45 hours door-to-door.
