Trainee Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our successful team at our Honda Dealership in Northampton., When customers bring their vehicles into one of our dealerships for service, MOT or repair, their first point of contact is one of our highly trained Service Advisors.

We require driven and motivated individuals who are looking for a role with on-going training and progression. This is a genuine learn the business role and a great opportunity for anyone wanting to have a career in the motor trade.

Working as part of a team your duties will include:

• Booking in vehicles



• Greeting customers



• Informing them of progress



• Up selling



• Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments

• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers



• A real hunger to meet and exceed targets and KPI's

The hours of work are 8am to 5pm OR 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, as well as working every other Saturday 9am to 1pm. This position offers a basic salary of £25,000 with an OTE of £35,000., + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
