Trainee Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for energetic and confident Trainee Project Coordinator to join our growing team in the renewable energy market.

Role Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our fast-growing company for a candidate to join our Project Management Team.

Based at our office in Rochester, you will be involved in the day-to-day management of solar PV installations across the country, working as part of an existing team.

The ideal candidate will be confident and switched on with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. You will work with the two project coordinators assisting them with quotes, designs and ordering of materials.

The Role

- Gathering quotes from wholesalers and checking budgets

- Ensuring wholesalers have adequate stock for upcoming projects

- Chasing deliveries and liaising with engineers

- Creating reports for upcoming jobs

- Answering incoming calls

- Checking weekly diaries to ensure all jobs are ready for engineers

- Uploading documents to online platforms

Experience in a busy role with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

- Confidence answering and making calls

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- The ability to prioritise workload
