Full Job Description

  • Operate the Trade and Retail counter, our "front of house" at our Landscaping Supply Centre.

  • Positive, friendly face and voice that greets returning customers. You will build and manage relationships with them.

  • High growth opportunity to grow your skills in sales, operations and inventory management.


    • Key Responsibilities
  • Processing orders at the sales counter, over the phone, and responding to customers via email

  • Respond to quotes in person and the channels above

  • Manage stock levels in the store using our inventory management system, maintaining replenishment and stock rotation levels.

  • Merchandising the store displays and seasonal offers in line with company standards.

  • Build relationships with our customer base.

    Experience within the industry required.

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and are comfortable building relationships with different stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in the trade or construction industry would be an advantage, but a basic knowledge is essential

  • Full competence with standard software packages, including MS Word, Excel

  • You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
