Would you like to join us? Working Monday to Friday, supporting the Manager in the day to day running of the Branch; dealing with customers and suppliers; both face to face and over the telephone. They will contribute to the Branch achieving identified sales targets and other specified KPIs.

Given the expansion plans for our business, at least 90 invested sites by 2025, career opportunities will open up for those colleagues providing excellent customer service, attracting new customers and being an effective part of a loyal and capable team by role modelling the Headlam values.

Take ownership for part the Branch Manager role, to release the Manager to focus on customer visits and calls, supplier management. Fully deputise for local Branch Manager when required.
