TikTok Shop - Senior Acquisition Manager (Home & Electronics), London

Design the overall merchant acquisition and merchandise growth strategy for mid-long tail Home & Electronics cluster. Define goals and priorities, identify opportunities and approaches;
- Design partnership models with various types of third party, including but not limited to e-commerce partners, industry associations, marketing solution providers, etc.;
- Identify the mechanisms to incentivize merchants to join TikTok Shop. Work with cross-functional teams to smoothen the GTM process and build initial stage successes.
- Transform the acquisition strategy and partnership into actionable plans;
- Monitor, analyze and optimize various merchant and merchandise acquisition efforts.

Significant market expertise in e-commerce operations or e-commerce strategy;
- Profound understanding of one of the following is a must: e-commerce acquisition strategy, Home & Electronics industries, UK e-commerce landscape;
- Analytical, data driven, structured thinking and goal oriented; Ability to articulate thesis and strategies independently;
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative. Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of cross-functional teams;
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to cope well under pressure and thrive in ambiguous environments.

The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop.
