Managed Services · Multiple locations, As the Housekeeping & Supplies Admin for our Managed Services team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services. You'll be responsible for various administrative tasks, coordinating housekeeping services, managing supplies, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service will be vital in meeting homeowner and guest expectations.

During the day you could be involved in:

Liaising with stakeholders: You'll be the go-to person for owners, housekeepers, contractors, and our amazing Customer Service, Managed Services, Property Management, and Holiday Support teams. Together, you'll ensure every property sparkles and is ready to welcome guests.

Coordinating Housekeeping Services: From scheduling cleanings and expertly managing laundry supplies to conducting rigorous quality checks, you'll orchestrate a well-oiled housekeeping system, guaranteeing exceptional standards. You will be striving to maintain and develop our network of housekeepers and service providers.

Coordinating Maintenance: You'll be playing a key part in the arrangement and scheduling or maintenance works, to ensure that property standards remain high. You will be maintain key relationships with external contractors whilst looking to expand the network of people we work with.

Facilitating Property Management: You'll play a pivotal role in property setup, inspections, and addressing owner concerns with professionalism. Additionally, you'll ensure housekeeping aspects of complaints are handled efficiently.

Maintaining Efficiency and Standards: our commitment to prompt responses, meticulous record-keeping, and a keen eye for safety will make you a guardian of operational excellence. You'll also contribute significantly to driving performance improvements, becoming a true innovator.

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving complaints

  • Experience contributing to projects and initiatives

  • Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Good decision-making skills and attention to detail
