Managed Services · Barnstaple, Bideford, As the Managed Services Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing the office and the team.

During the day you could be:

  • Managing and improving your team's performance through regular training, reviews, and annual appraisals

  • Planning the team's working pattern, and managing holidays whilst being mindful of logistical challenges and peak periods

  • Managing escalated complaints or feedback to reach a satisfactory outcome

  • Developing and maintaining a network of reliable and loyal housekeeping and property maintenance suppliers

  • Supporting the recruitment and retention of new and existing properties

  • Providing regular reports on agreed Key Performance Indicators, We provide on-call phone cover 7 days a week up to 9pm, which you will need to assist the team with on a rota basis.

    Proven experience in successfully leading, managing, and motivating teams

  • Experience in having challenging conversations and achieving a positive resolution

  • A track record of delivering excellent customer service

  • The ability to spot and implement better ways of doing things

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads for you and your team

  • The ability to communicate with a wide range of different people

  • Experience within the property management or holiday letting industry

  • Work pattern:

    Our hours of work are 09:00 - 17:00 working 5 days between Monday - Saturday (Sunday & a midweek day off).
