Key Responsibilities

• Conducting financial health and sanctions checks on high spend and critical suppliers


• Supporting JET's Modern Slavery Strategy by maintaining the accurate supplier database ensuring the necessary information has been provided to complete a risk assessment, and organising factory audits for high risk suppliers as appropriate


• Ensuring that the Business Critical Suppliers list is kept up to date and communicating any risks found in their continuous monitoring to the relevant risk owners and business owners


• Managing the new TPRM system to provide a holistic view of TPR


• Providing support to the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Leads in their activities


• Supporting the business throughout the supplier onboarding process ensuring the relevant and correct information is supplied to risk


• Providing support and advice to the business when a risk has been identified, and escalating as appropriate


• Ensuring that allocated activities in the TPRM Project Plan are performed on time, and to a high level of quality, including those assigned to other departments


• Supporting the creation of TPRM process documentation which currently do not exist


• Supporting the TPRM project team with the process design and revision, and TPRM organisation design as part of the rollout of the TPRM Policy


• Providing progress updates of the Project Plan activities at Bi-weekly TPRM Working Group meetings


• Maintaining the risk register and reporting of risk related activities


• Carrying out business as usual risk screening for new suppliers onboarded to the business


• Support Procurement Risk & Sustainability Lead with ongoing risk monitoring


• Support Procurement team with ad-hoc risk assessments


• Ensuring suppliers fulfil their contractual sustainability obligations


• Ensuring Procurement 7 Step Strategic Sourcing process deck is kept updated with the latest risk requirements


• Compliance with the company standards policies and practices, ensuring compliance with policies especially Finance, Legal and Procurement


Your Profile, experience and skills

Experience

• Demonstrable experience within Third Party Risk Management, working with a large number of suppliers


Processes

• Knowledge of TPRM domains, processes, and systems


• Knowledge of TPRM and its application in various departments


• Monitoring and measurement of supplier performance


• Understanding of the procurement process


• Risk Management qualification or previous experience of working in a risk function


• Supporting improvements to existing processes


Building relationships and implementing change

• Building new and maintaining relationships within Procurement and the wider risk functions


• Strong communication - listening, verbal and written, able to adapt to a variety of audiences and situations


• Problem solving and influencing within procurement and wider risk teams


• Can act on own initiative for problem solving and idea generation.

• Can-do attitude, collaborative and thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
