Role and Responsibilities:

- Key Holder: Responsible for the security of the premises.
- Float Periods: Manage float periods and support various rooms as needed.
- Leadership Support: Assist the nursery manager and deputy, and step into the manager role during absences.
- Management Programme: Engage in ongoing personal development and progression within the company.

Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with children.
- Passion for Childcare: A positive attitude and a love for working with children.
