Full Job Description

Due to the recent expansion of our Keysoe Therapy and Well Being Centre we are looking to recruit additional staff to join our current team. We specialise in providing therapeutic and educational services using animals for children and adults, many of those will have SEND needs or trauma backgrounds. We pride ourselves on providing a high level service which meets the needs of our participants. It would be an ideal role for somebody who has experience in an educational setting such as a school administrator.

The Role:

  • General admin tasks such as signing in guests, answering phones, taking card payments, storing of sensitive data, data inputting and reports.

  • Supporting the team with admin tasks

  • Must be proficient at Word, Excel and experience with CRM systems would be useful.

  • Working with our current administrator to contact clients and arrange internal visits for the centre, book participants into to sessions and assist with promotional activities for the centre

  • Registering students with leaning providers and maintaining records and assisting with accreditation submissions.

  • Liaise with our other departments within the company to complete tasks

  • Assist with preparation and execution of events held on site

  • This role is 5 days over 7, meaning some weekend work may be required.

    An adaptable team player who can cover a range or tasks in an efficient way

  • Able to remain calm and professional in difficult situations with those who may display challenging behaviour

  • High customer service expectations

  • Works well in a busy and demanding environment

  • Basic equine or animal care knowledge an advantage but not essential

  • Willing to attend regular training and CPD

  • All team members have a responsibility to demonstrate and advocate company values at all times; teamwork, respect, integrity, learning, sharing.


  • This role will require an enhanced DBS check on a frequent basis. Therefore the holder of the role must satisfy the evolving requirements of the DBS certification. The recruitment process will follow the Safer Recruitment Policy which can be found on our website.
