Telemarketer

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone and promoting our products or services within 2 set market sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales and has excellent communication skills. The role has been advertised as a temporary contract, however it has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate., Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided contact lists and also sourcing own leads after training.
- Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have
- Update customer information in the software system
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our offerings
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
