Day to day

• Daily sales call targets


• Customer Service


• Telephone & email assistance


• Sales Analysis


• Reporting to Directors of progressive ideas, Provide support to the sales team by managing and coordinating all administrative tasks

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and goals
- Monitor sales activities and provide regular reports to management

• Be willing to work within a dynamic team, with a flexible role., Proven experience as a Sales Support Representative or similar role

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred,
• GCSE or equivalent (required)


Experience:

• B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)


• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
