Technical Superintendent

As a Technical Superintendent, you will be the first point of contact regarding day-to-day issues affecting the safety, efficiency, and reliability of the group's fleet including machinery as well as vessel integrity. This will include inspection, maintenance, and repair from preventative maintenance through to periodic overhauls and dry dockings.,

• Maintenance of all statutory Class, Flag State, and SOLAS certifications.


• Compliance with requirements relating to such certification.


• The day-to-day running of all aspects of ship operations.


• Monitoring the operation and maintenance of ship machinery and equipment by the onboard planned maintenance system.


• Closing of all defect reports in an appropriate timescale.


• Safe and adequate manning of company-operated ships.


• Effective communication of legislation and official notices etc.


• Planning and Execution of Class / and operational docking requirements form an overall project management perspective
