As a Technical Services Improvement Manager at Sodexo, you are not just an expert in engineering and asset management; you are a facilitator for change and a driver of progress. What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the Technical Services Framework to enhance maintenance and asset management.

  • Deliver comprehensive TSF training to both new and existing contracts, adapting to various IT and asset management skill levels.

  • Develop and refine training materials, manuals, and documentation to support TSF initiatives.

  • Customize training programs to meet specific contract needs and operational goals.

  • Monitor and document the outcomes and improvements achieved through TSF deployments.

  • Explore and implement innovative methods to enhance program delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to operational teams, ensuring the effective adoption of new practices.

    Proven engineering technical experience, particularly in conversing with senior engineering professionals.

  • Familiarity with ISO55000, PAS 55, and CMMS.

  • Strong ability to deliver training and create educational materials for varied audiences.

  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

  • Highly developed communication skills, capable of mentoring and motivating others.

  • Resilient, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel regularly across the British Isles, including overnight stays.


  • Desirable Qualities:
  • Accredited qualification in an Engineering or Technical subject (e.g., HND, Degree).

  • Deep understanding of asset management principles.

  • Experience in implementing structured frameworks like Quality or Charter Mark.

    Circa £60,000 DOE + Annual bonus + Excellent benefits package
