Mustang Survival Is expanding its business globally, this unique and influential sales role is hands on, creative and strategic. Mustang Survival, whose headquarters are in Vancouver BC, has been manufacturing flotation products for nearly 60 years. We sell products for leisure boating & Yachting and to professionals like the emergency services and military.

This job requires a confident and professional person with an engineering mindset to deliver excellent customer service. It requires gaining deep knowledge into all our products, supporting recreational and professional sales and training activities with our UK and international customers.

The role requires managing:

· Our sales agents and partners

· Coordinating and tracking orders from our factories across the globe

· Goods out, Warehouse and fulfilment activities

· Managing/forecasting stock including movement to and from events

· Netsuite (ERP) and excel on a daily basis.

· Packing and shipping product and materials

· Unloading containers, stocking warehouse

As part of a small growing business and the international team, you will be required to carry out many other duties, these will include packing and sending goods out, un-loading shipping containers for deliveries and goods in and moving stock between locations and to exhibitions.

The successful applicant will organise and train customers and users on our products in particular supporting our lifesaving appliances and PFDs. You will deliver training (up to 15 times per year), for one or up to ten persons. Training will encompass all technical aspects of use including servicing and maintenance of our products and will entail direct liaison with customers, retailers, and our sales network. You will be responsible to organise, collate training materials and follow up. The role will require control of paperwork/ training logs and updating information.

You will also be required to Create and compile tender supporting documentation with input from key stakeholders in product, engineering and sales within the UK and Globally.

  • A-Level or equivalent (required)


  • Experience:
  • Technical sales: 3 years (required)

  • stock management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (required)
