Full Job Description

  • Ensure food safety, quality, legality, and integrity of all products.

  • Advise the site leadership team on technical issues, including Capex projects.

  • Manage the site technical team and foster a positive quality culture.

  • Develop and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with industry standards.

  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.

  • Oversee internal audit processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, and Food Defence strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and share best practices.

    Experience in technical/quality management.

  • Proficiency in BRC Global Standard and retailer standards.

  • Accredited internal audit qualification.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team., Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Bar management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)
