Full Job Description

  • Supporting the department with general administrative tasks

  • Responsible for the Risk & Opportunity Management Systems, JIRA and ARM

  • Responsible person for the Floor Plate which includes managing associated actions and ensuring security processes are adhered to

  • Managing all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) related activities and actions

  • Processing documents and information received and communicate this effectively to different stakeholders

  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Ability to analyse and manipulate data

  • Previous experience within an Administrative role


    • Desirable
  • Knowledge of Project Management Toolsets including JIRA and ARM
