A fantastic opportunity has arisen at La Marzocco UK & Ireland as a Technician within the After Sales department. We currently have two offices in the UK, our head office in London and local office in Leeds. This role will be based in Leeds and the North of UK. The After Sales coordinator role offers the opportunity to travel around the UK & Ireland and would suit someone driven who thinks outside the box, in turn offering a highly rewarding experience.

The successful candidate works closely with our Approved Network of independent engineers, as well as with resellers and in-house technicians helping to build stronger relationships and supporting them in the growing marketplace. You will be joining our growing energetic team and reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will work within the After Sales team to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our partner supporting strategy. This role is busy and demanding, and so it is essential that you have attention to detail, excellent time management skills and can work under pressure.

You will have a proven track record as a After Sales coordinator, a technician or equivalent experience. You will work collaboratively with all departments to capitalise on every opportunity to support existing and new partners, as well as end users. You will become part of a very close working team with sales, marketing, and after sales. In addition to building an outstanding technical product knowledge, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.,

  • Work as part of the La Marzocco UK After Sales team mainly covering the North of England, at times the rest of UK & Irish markets as directed by your manager in line.

  • Provide training on maintenance and use of our equipment.

  • Help co-ordinate events such as the London Coffee Festival, Coffee Road shows and any other event.

  • Connect with our Approved Network of independent engineers, as well as with resellers and in-house technicians.

  • Support manager in line with training and on road demos/testing of new products.

  • Working closer with our partner Espresso Solution on spare parts, loan stock and in repair.

  • Analyse & report to manager in line on issues and products identified in the field.

  • Manage your own diary of meetings and appointments.

  • Report to After Sales manager.

  • Develop engaging and trustworthy inner & outer relationships for mutual success.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude with a courteous and helpful approach. Overall, we are looking for someone who has/is:

  • 2 years minimum technical and electrical experience.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Proactive and time-oriented with a positive can-do attitude.

  • Someone who can think innovatively.

  • Possess high level of organizational skills.

  • Be personable and a strong communicator with great technical abilities and verbal communication skills to be representative of La Marzocco with a sense of fun professionalism.

  • Interest in speciality coffee preferable but not necessary.

  • With a background in a Technical or After Sales role.

  • Self-Motivated with Strong Leadership Skills and Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented with Strong Attention to Detail.

  • Based in Leeds and surrounding area, and comfortable to travel to the office.
