Full Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Advertiser Solutions Consultant to join Snap Inc as a member of the Technical Advertiser Solutions team, you will perform deep analyses on client campaigns. Working from our London office, you'll collaborate with our Sales teams to drive revenue and performance for advertisers on Snap.
What you'll do:

  • Be an expert on Snap's ad platform; use data to provide solutions on ad delivery, measurement, performance, and campaign optimization queries

  • Provide excellent email and video call communication to advertisers, agencies, and Snap Sales teams on Snap's self-serve ad product suite with clear and timely communication, quality deliverables, and innovative solutions

  • Perform proactive and reactive analyses of campaign delivery in order to increase performance and drive revenue based on our account health score

  • Serve as the main point of contact for auction trends for local sales teams by providing onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive strategy planning

  • Educate and train internal Sales teams on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on advertiser goals

  • Inform, influence, and execute new quality strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions

  • Maintain established QA scores on responses and adhere to operational KPIs

    Advanced understanding of programmatic ad buying, auction marketplace dynamics, tracking pixels, and third-party measurement tools

  • Proven experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs); web analytics platforms or dynamic mobile ad formats

  • Ability to build stories with large data sets to optimize to improve campaign performance, and providing practical insights via data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.)

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable and understandable communication

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or related field

  • 2+ years in digital advertising, technology or other related field


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Javascript/HTML5/CSS3/Python skills for troubleshooting complex issues with advertiser integrations with our platform

  • Advanced understanding of APIs and server integrations

  • Mastery of tracking pixels and third-party measurement of digital advertising campaigns

  • 2+ years working in a solutions/technical AM role as part of a revenue driven environment

  • Experience working with ad agencies, brand, and performance advertisers and Sales

  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player

  • Demonstrable track record of preparing and leading trainings

  • Ability to explain complex solutions in an easy to understand and engaging manner

  • Customer-driven with a passion for supporting Snapchatters and Businesses
