Full Job Description
NPS Leeds have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update appropriate monitoring systems, including the investigation and correction of errors/exceptions. Provide regular reports in line with relevant KPI requirements.
- Provide a help desk facility for building maintenance calls.
- Resolve or escalate queries from clients in an efficient manner.
- Prepare, monitor and distribute contract documentation for contracts.
- Provide general administrative support and cover colleagues when required.
Previous experience within a similar administration role, alongside: - 5 GCSE's or equivalent Grade A-C including maths and English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
