Full Job Description

NPS Leeds have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update appropriate monitoring systems, including the investigation and correction of errors/exceptions. Provide regular reports in line with relevant KPI requirements.


  • Provide a help desk facility for building maintenance calls.


  • Resolve or escalate queries from clients in an efficient manner.


  • Prepare, monitor and distribute contract documentation for contracts.


  • Provide general administrative support and cover colleagues when required.

    Previous experience within a similar administration role, alongside:

  • 5 GCSE's or equivalent Grade A-C including maths and English

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Good numeracy and analytical skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

    Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, DOE
