Full Job Description

You’ll provide the support our specialist teams or senior managers need to do an efficient job. It’s a varied role, with a focus on administrative and secretarial support – from co-ordinating diaries, arranging travel and organising meetings, through to producing documents, taking minutes and ordering stationery. We’ll also look to you to maintain our filing system for all kinds of important records. What’s more, you’ll be a friendly and informed voice at the end of the telephone, handling enquiries and delivering excellent customer service on behalf of the team.

· Relevant administrative skills and experience of Microsoft IT packages

· Good communication skills, in writing, on the phone and face-to-face

· Able to multi-task with good time management skills

· A team player

· Meet the required benchmark for application screening questions

· Must meet required online testing benchmark

Desirable Criteria

· Recognised qualification in keyboard associated skills and office management techniques

· Knowledge and experience of records management
