Full Job Description

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and Frappé

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards at the serving area

  • Assist in food preparation and serving when required

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
