Team Leader / Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Supervisor. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, culinary expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team., Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including bartenders, cooks, and servers
- Ensure that food preparation and service meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations
- Train new team members on proper food handling and customer service procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving overall restaurant performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Previous experience in bartending, culinary arts, or food preparation is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
