Team Leader- Rokill

We require an additional Pest Control Team Leader to join our team, to develop new business and support existing clients in the North West of England.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Pest Control Team leader:

• Supervise a pest control team technicians for effective Operations


• Planning for the team, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner


• Working with team members individually on a regular basis, to provide training and help and ensure they are following company procedures


• Stay updated on the latest Pest Control techniques, equipment and industry trends


• Driving improvements in Quality, Productivity and Sales


• Training new technicians (in conjunction with the Technical Team)


• Monitor and evaluate the team members, providing feedback and implementing actions when necessary


• Assisting with interviews for new technicians
  
  Hold a Full Driving license


• Have excellent leadership and communication skills


• Ability to work well under pressure


• Qualification - RSPH Level 2 Pest control


• Have the ability to work effectively and independently


• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.


• Be experienced Pest control in leadership or senior technician
