Full Job Description
- Deliver HONOR's product and field strategy through a team of regional retail trainers, using field insight to drive maximum ROI
- Lead, manage, develop, and inspire a field team of regional retail trainers
- Own the region from an HONOR commercial perspective by developing and delivering sales strategies which achieve sales targets.
- Deliver weekly team results and insight on performance, and maximise ROI
- Network within the technology community to build a following for each regional retail trainer recognising opportunities and providing essential feedback
- Leading by example you will also visit a number of retail outlets and divisional contacts
People management experience - Sales or training experience
- Passion for consumer tech
- Full manual driving license for at least 12 months
