Full Job Description
At Woodlands, all TAs are valued and highly skilled. The role requires flexibility - sometimes focusing on support for one child, other times small groups or more general. It will entail supporting learners both in and out of class.
Would you like to join a fantastic, dedicated team of Teaching Assistants at Woodlands Primary School in Tonbridge? We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join us. Previous experience of being a TA or working in a pre-school not necessarily required, but an advantage., Experience in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition and the associated behaviours is desirable.
The salary will be £21,293. You will receive a pro rata of this figure.
22.5hrs, 8.30am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, pro rata pay per annum would be £11,110.30
17.5hrs, 12.00pm to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, pro rata pay per annum would be £8,677.39
Grade C in both Maths and English is a minimum requirement. The successful applicant will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS check.
