Teacher - Full-time

We are looking for a motivated, organised, positive full-time class teacher, to join our wonderful school team this September. A visit to tour the school and to discuss what you can offer is warmly welcomed. Please state in your application your preffered year group. Unfortunately, we are unable to take on an ECT at this time.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in the Early Years. They will inspire and motivate pupils, be an integral member of our staff team and will promote curiosity and happiness for all our pupils. Bishops Down Primary and Nursery School is an inclusive, non-denominational school working in partnership with the Tunbridge Wells Primary Schools Collaborative Trust. The school was built in 1967 and is situated on the western edge of Tunbridge Wells in a leafy and pleasant residential area.
The school site is beautiful, elevated and fringed with green playing fields and woods. A fragrant quiet garden, pond and wooden structures in the grounds offer opportunities for happy playtimes.
We have just under 230 pupils in the primary and nursery classes. We also have a designation for children with physical disabilities and complex medical needs who are all included in mainstream.
We run Wrap Around Care at the beginning of the day and after school for our school and nursery children and during the holidays we run a Holiday Club for all children in the community.
