TC Recovery Practitioner

As a Recovery Practitioner within Delphis Therapeutic Community HMP Wymott team in Leyland, you will work closely with Offenders offering Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service to support their Substance misuse. Your role will involve being on an intensive treatment unit where men come to address their substance misuse issuesand behaviours. Responsibilities will include. 1:1 intervention, group work delivery, assessments, referrals, and overall support of their desire for change. You will work closely with the Care Coordinators and the whole DARS team. This is an exciting and rewarding role where youll be able to positively impact peoples future, improving their prospects and their quality of life., The ability to complete substance misuse assessments on clients.

-Support and engage clients through Recovery plans.

-Facilitate 1:1 sessions supporting their overall goal.-Facilitate group sessions.

-Complete your admin duties and ensure all documentation is completed effectively and in a timely manner.

-The ability to engage with challenging individuals and build trusting relationships patience and resilience will be key!
