Full Job Description

  • Work closely with management to oversee the day to day running of the team.

  • To lead from the front, by setting examples and the desired standard required from the team.

  • Responsibility in achieving own and team performances through coaching and management of targets and KPI's.

  • Conducting Monthly 1-2-1 KPI meetings to facilitate and improve individual and team performance.

  • Maintaining a positive, motivational, and supportive working environment, enthusiastically embracing the core values of the business.

  • Assisting with the roll out of new procedures, instructions, or products.

  • Support with training and onboarding of new staff.

  • Key Holder duties.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and results driven Team Leader to manage a team of insurance executives within the Taxi department of a well-established insurance brokerage., Proven experience in leadership, coaching and mentoring.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and build effective relationships.

  • Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of customer service awareness, including TCF, FCA guidelines.

  • Experience and thorough knowledge of various Taxi insurance products and understanding of the market.

  • Experience in target achievement and the ability to mentor staff to meet KPIs.

  • Experience in using insurance software and basic Microsoft package.
