- Manage a caseload of clients
- Conduct Care Act Assessments
- Develop Support Plans
- Perform Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest Decisions
- Provide signposting to internal and external services as needed
Proven experience as a social worker - Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
